In June 1973, Burton Kramer Associates were appointed to develop a new corporate identity program for Reed Paper Canada, part of the giant British publishing and paper manufacturing conglomerate Reed International.
Part of this extensive program involved the development a large number of business documents and collateral. This peice formed part of the ‘Reed Corporate Information Centre’ suite of materials and functioned as a cover sheet for the collation and filing of ‘company bulletins’.
The cover is printed onto an uncoated heavyweight stock, in Reed corporate orange/red. It’s an especially functional, no frills piece. No signature Kramer bells touches on this one. BULLETIN is set in a super condensed heavy Helvetica and is rotated 90º to sit on the right hand edge of the sheet with the Reed Paper symbol aligned on the bottom right hand corner.
