The Video-tape Program Service (VIPS) was provided by the Ontario Educational Communciations Authority (OECA), publishing almost 3000 programs for educational insitutions in Ontario at the time that this catalogue (the fourth edition) was published in 1974. The identity represents a reel of tape with spooling letterforms, and the catalogue was published on newsprint for economy. The VIPS logo itself was designed by Theo Dimson in 1973
