Symbol for a chain of restaurants, combing a stylized C and B and a central fish icon. David Bartholomew worked in the Graphic Services division at the University of Waterloo, alongside George W. Roth and Kathy Jull. However, this was a freelance commission from his home in Kitchener for Toronto-based architectural practice Zeidler Partnership Architects (led by renowned German-Canadian architect Eberhard Zeidler). The practice was responsible for many significant buildings including the Toronto Eaton Centre and Ontario Place, as well as the Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco.
