Roche Scientific Service published this vinyl recording of heart sounds and murmurs with supporting commentary and graphical representations for use by medical professionals. Harder’s cover design features a still life image of relevant equipment from various ages, created by Swiss photographer Christian Herdeg. Herdeg subsequently became a celebrated light artist (working largely in neon to create kinetic sculptures). Once inside the document, Harder’s more typical restraint takes over in the presentation of graphs and technical information.
