A striking monogram that uses negative space to generate the letter ‘N’, partially contained by bold shapes that convey three-dimensional form and construction for this national property development corporation. Using only 45º and 90º angles throughout gives the logo real structure and purpose, the interlocking shapes provide reassurance and confidence, while the open ends of the terminals hint at a sense of optimism and possibility.
