Cabana Seguin, founded in 1959 by Roger Cabana, Réal Séguin and Marcel Cabana, was one of the first graphics studios in Quebec. Their main clients were Hydro-Québec, General Trust of Canada and Rhône-Poulenc, and they were finalists in the 1964 competition to design a logo for Hydro-Québec, but lost to Gagnon/Valkus.
This brochure (written by David Peace) is designed to inform customers about electricity and its uses. It covers basic principles together with information on power stations, distribution and practical applications in society. Printed in 3 colours (pink, purple and black) it includes useful and explanatory diagrams, illustrations and photography.
