An annual collector’s publication of all the stamps produced by Canada Post in a given year, this edition being 1977 — which was the first in a series of annuals in this style (the last being in 1986). You can see the other editions on the site here.

For this ‘first’ edition’s cover illustration Rolf Harder simply employed the Canada flag for the cover’s graphic, as a representation of the stamp’s country or origin. Subsequent editions in the years that follow would use more playful and detailed compositions. The stamps featured inside included designs by Ken Rodmell, Anthony Hobbs, Stuart Ash, Heather Cooper and Rolf Harder himself.
