A survey commissioned by RBC in 1967 to mark Canada’s Centenary. This proud nationalist commemorative book includes a cover design by Rolf Harder, that uses Stuart Ash’s Centennial identity as a starting point. The design shows the leaf form increasing in size from a consistent point, with growth represented as exponential rather than incremental, doubling in size at each step. The largest leaf is reproduced in the classic red, and the overall design provides an optimistic view of Canada’s past success leading to future potential.
