These specific posters were never available to the general population for sale (although the design itself was of course). They were acquired through a contact who worked at the Montréal Olympic Games in 1976. They were removed from the Athlete Village itself after the games had ended, many of them were completely unused (and were still packaged up) but some had been displayed by the participants. The condition of the remaining posters is Very Good -/+ with some cosmetic wear (used by athletes for the short period in their accommodation, pin-holes etc.)
